Behind every house we build and every brand we launch, there are real people — drawing blueprints at midnight, testing materials by hand, closing deals in three languages. We're based in Germany and Poland, but our mindset has no borders. Different backgrounds, one mission.

In our production hall in a Krakow suburb in southern Poland, raw timber becomes someone's future home. Berghaus — our flagship — designs, builds, and delivers modular houses and tiny houses that prove sustainable living doesn't mean compromise. Every unit is configured to order, crafted by hand, and delivered across Europe.
